We have volunteers who do many different roles within our church week by week. To help us in supporting the individuals in doing these roles well we have written role profiles and our Church Council reviewed and agreed these in October 2024. We will support each other in undertaking these roles by talking regularly about whether individuals are happy in the roles they are doing and any changes needed in the way we do God's work together.
Each role profile listed below has a link to a full description of the role including whether a DBS check and safeguarding training is needed and whether GDPR compliance and training is needed. They also make clear which roles require church membership.
