This section provides details on some our key activities to support Christian fellowship in our Church family, with newcomers always welcome.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE COVID EPIDEMIC THERE ARE NO
ACTIVITIES IN OUR BUILDING OTHER THAN THE 10.00AM SERVICE
An important focus remains our regular services each Sunday ...
- 8.30am on the first Sunday of each month, a short Holy Communion service is held, followed by breakfast.
- 10.00am Morning Worship takes place every Sunday. This is the main service of the day, led by the minister or a visiting preacher. Toys are available for our youngest visitors, with older children participating in Junior Church activities for most of the service.
Refreshments are served after the service, with an opportunity to chat.
- 6.30pm Evening Worship is led by the minister or a visiting preacher.
Approximately once a month the morning and evening services include a celebration of Communion.
From time to time you will see Morning Worship advertised as 'all age worship' or a 'family service', which means that the children take a full part in the whole service and it is shorter (less than an hour).
On the First Friday of each month there is a simple lunch at 12.15pm, followed by Communion and healing ministry. If you would like to receive prayer for yourself or another, members of the healing and wholeness team are available to respond to requests after services or for home visits.
Fellowship activities available...
A time of fellowship, fun and 'food for thought' on Wednesday afternoons.
Junior Church is where our children worship, learn and have fun together on Sunday mornings, after joining the 10am service for the first couple of songs and a short address.
You are invited to come and experience one of our house groups and make new friends!
Ask, Seek, Knock
A reflective series of services which ran in 2017 and we hope to run again during autumn 2018.
We walk on the second Friday of the month a distance of about 5 miles in the Warwickshire countryside. We meet at church at 9:50am and arrange shared transport to drive to a pub where the walk starts and we have lunch there on our return. Details of the next walk are displayed on the church notice board.
Accessibility is important to us.
The church building is equipped with an inductive loop for people with hearing difficulties.
Ramp access is available for wheelchair users, with all ground floor space on one level. A lift provides access to meeting rooms on the first floor.
