Toddlers had their last session of the term on Friday 10th July, shared with the children of St Nicholas Church Play Group, led by Heather. Our Bear Hunt was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
Eleven children were presented with a Bible, in honour of their time spent with Toddlers Group. Hopefully they will find it a very useful present in their future.

We travelled through the swishy swashy grass... |
|
| Uh-uh! A deep cold river! We waded through it -splash splosh! splash splosh! |
Uh-uh! Mud! Thick oozy mud. We went through it, squelch squerch! Squelch squerch! |
|
| Uh-uh! A big dark forest! We went through it, Stumble, trip! Stumble trip, Stumble trip! |
Uh-uh! A swirling whirling snowstorm! And through the snowstorm we went: Hooo wooo! Hooo wooo! Hooo wooo! | ![]() |
| Uh-uh! A dark gloomy cave! We had to go through it - Tiptoe! Tiptoe! Tiptoe! |
WHAT'S THAT! A wet shiny nose, two furry ears, two goggly eyes...IT'S A BEAR! SO WE RAN ALL THE WAY BACK HOME! I'm NOT going on a BEAR HUNT again! |

We are watching the weather forecast. If it's too hot or raining we will set
Our Toddlers GroupWe have a thriving Toddler Group which meets on a Friday morning during term time from 10:00am until 11:30am. It is led by a team of volunteers. |
We are a friendly group always looking to welcome new children and their carers. We are always available to listen and to chat with you about anything! We want our toddler group to be the oasis in your week. Come and be refreshed! |
We are ‘rooted and established in love’ (Ephesians 3 v17) and we want you to experience that love too; God’s all embracing, extravagant love. Come along on a Friday morning!
If you and your family would like to join us on a Sunday you would be very welcome to come then too. We have a junior church group for children who join us for the first part of the worship and then go to a separate room for their own activities, and we enjoy the noise that small children make when they stay and play alongside the adults in the main area.
Something for everyone at Toddlers!
